New man in town.

It has been two long years since I've seen my husband's chin.  For two years it's been under that big hairy goatee.  Don't get me wrong, I'm the one that convinced him to grow it in the first place, I like facial hair and I like his goatee.  Two years ago he surprised me and shaved it (after already having for a year, yes that's a total of 3 years) it scared my socks off and he hasn't touched it since.  Well...there's a new man on campus walking around goatee-less.  Tell me what you think.

New Camera Baby!

New Camera!  I'm so happy, look at the better quality pictures, how great and sleek and cute and smooth and great and wonderful and I'm just so darn happy I have a new camera!  M. and I purchased our first digital camera 4 years ago, it was amazing and powerful and so up-to-date.  Now, well, it's pretty much a massive dinosaur.  It only has 5 mpx and this new one (which is actually not even the best out there) has more than double that.  Oh technology, why are you our constant foe?  Anyway, we have now entered the newest technology age and here are some adorable pictures of E. to prove it. 

BTW...I'm having a headband party at my parent's house in Utah from 4-8 p.m on Friday the 13th.  We'll be having refreshments, not a hacker, scary movie party, sorry.  I hope some of you can make it, it will be fun.  Check out my other blog Between Linnet and Linen for more pics and info!

Did I miss you?

In the process of messing around with my blog, I deleted all my links.  That's right - I'm pretty dumb most of the time, sorry everyone.  It turned out pretty great though because in my search for all of your blogs I started blog stalking several people (it's my birthday so lay off) and I added a few new friends on here.  So, if I missed you and you need to be added, I'm so sorry and I will swiftly take care of that.  If you want to be deleted because you don't like me enough to be on here, well let me know on that too.

Inception = Amazing?

I think this might be the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life!  Holy Canoli!  I want to make this, any ideas on how a non-artistic, impatient someone might make this ridiculously adorable globe?

Night Terrors

E. has always had problems with sleeping, from day 1 I've been zombie mom.  In the last 2 1/2 years there have been several nights that I suspected he occasionally has night terrors.  Tonight M. and I found that he officially has them and it was terrible and scary.  In the past he would seem awake and be terrified and then go eventually go back to sleep but tonight was a different story.  He let out a blood curdling scream and then basically has a seizure while M. tried to talk to him.  He was completely non-responsive and his eyes were moving back and forth.  It was so scary!  This is all common with night terrors but since it was our first MAJOR one it was so frightening.  If any of you have advice or have been through this with your kids we would love some suggestions.  Poor little dude.
