Christmas Bells

I've promised pictures of Thanksgiving and all the wondermuss things that we've been doing. Well, they will have to wait one more night because - honestly - I just don't want to tonight. Here is a fun picture though to tide you all over until I get in the blogging mood. Here's some funny E - isms lately though.
His new favorite thing is to get on the internet, look up my blog, click on the link to Singin' in the Rain and then proceed to watch Glee clips to his hearts content. He's currently singing Teenage Dream in the bathtub right now. Bad parenting you say? I'm claiming education. He loves Forget You with Gwyneth Paltrow and at 2:38 he says 'Here comes my favorite part" before she says "Let's go get some tacos!"
He still loves Thomas - 'nough said.
He's into stinky cheese. I think it's a morbid curiosity thing but some days he just can't get enough and he scrunches up his adorable little face and says "Ew, it's so stinky".
He's really into playing games on pbskids.org and could play all day.
He tells everyone what they taste like. M. tastes like roast beef and unfortunately I taste like tractor dirt.
His birthday is in less than a week and at the first of the year he'll be a Sunbeam at church. He's getting so darn old.

Well, pictures coming soon but until then here's a little video of E. singing Christmas Bells (last nights Family Home Evening). He gets slightly distracted but ends with his "Big Finish!"

It's at the Whitear Recreation Center in Morgan.

Those days.

I think it's just one of those days.  You know the kind right?  You have so much to do with no time to do it.  E. woke up with a cold (of course), making him less than agreeable all day.  Every time I attempted anything today, it just didn't work.  I made dozens and dozens of cookies and I think they're somehow underdone in the middle and overdone on the outside.  Dumb.
Twice I got where I needed to go just as what I needed was gone.  Seriously, I watched a woman walk away with the last bottle of bouillon that I needed and I passed a car with the person I was going to see just as it left her drive way.  Today kind of stinks.
I'm nervous for this craft fair and I'm wishing I didn't need M's help so much cause really, like he doesn't have anything to do.  (Note the large amount of sarcasm in that - he wasn't even able to come home today)  I'm going to put E. to bed, I'm going to eat an absurd amount of chocolate and probably some peanut butter, then I'm going to put on Buffy and think about all the things I've been putting out of my head.  Then maybe I'll be able to get everything else done. (Like finish the rest of the hundreds of cookies I need to make tonight).
It's weird how even on your worst days, it usually always comes back to whatever is really bothering you.  Today I'm missing family.
Thinking about my brother and his beautiful family.
Wishing I could hug my loved ones.
Grateful for my little boy and my husband.
Letting you all know I care about you.

Isn't this little rock star so adorable?  I mean seriously, don't you just want to squeeze him forever?  I do.

And then there's this hottie-honey.  Isn't he just a dish?  I know you're all jealous, but he's mine ladies - little schnookie wookums.

Today was rough but I'm a lucky gal.
