FHE ideas.

There will be more picture posts to come but I thought I would put this up here.  It's a blog full of Family Home Evening ideas.  I'm terrible when it comes to Family Home Evening - I'm just not so creative. So when I typed in "How to make a Liahona" and I found this blog and thought "I would actually do that" I thought I would share.

Enjoy and happy Liahona making!

Then we had this cute baby.

So, as M. has already posted on here - we had a cute little baby. X is so fun and so cute and we all just love his to little X shaped pieces.

This is the morning I went in to be induced.  Do you think I was ready or what?  I guess this is what carrying a 9 1/2 pound baby looks like.
I think this was actually shot in the middle of a contraction - so forgive the crazy eyes.
I had a special friend join us for the adventure.  He was helping me out while I had to be on oxygen for awhile.  He was my little reminder of the big brother waiting at home.
Then, after getting stuck (again - what's with my kids wanting to come out, then not wanting to come out and then getting stuck!) and a little scariness, X started screaming.

 A very happy mommy.
Another happy mommy.  She was my cheerleader and photographer, she was also so scared she almost passed out.  It's good I didn't know that part until later.
My boys.
We had lots of cute visitors.
Then I finally got something to eat.  I was ready to slaughter my own pig I was so hungry.
 E. gave X. his first gift.  The exchange was not so eventful.
 Our first family picture.
The first of many "too close" loves.
 Grampy and Grammy came back.

E. longing for his little brother so he can begin terrorizing him.

Summer lovin', had me a blast.

Here are some highlights from our summer, pre-baby.  I'm sure you're all wondering why I'm bothering to go through all this back-blogging.  To that I say, I have my reasons and they are many, but thanks for wondering.

We played, a lot.

We slept, not enough though.
 We had fun swimming.
Not as much fun being pregnant.
 E. had some priceless moments with his uncles.
 And his Grampy.

I got to see "my girls" Amy and Emily.  My friend Kelsea showed up.
And the giver of this amazing gift, drum roll...thanks Mia!  We're the coolest.
 Ahhh...my girls.
 Rockin' with my preggy belly.
 E. became a true Batman fan at the fair.

We ate a lot of ice cream.
 E. became a fireman.
I became a housewife from the sixties carrying triplets.

He really did graduate.

 M. really did graduate, I promise.  Here is proof.  My wonderful mother came out to help us move and came with us to graduation.  I couldn't have done it without her - really, my parents saved our bacon this summer.  I love you Mom and Dad!

 So cute!

 Then he got into trouble.

Then we moved.

And then there was this shower.

I should be doing one of the millions of things I need to get done but I'm not.  I'm blogging.  As promised, here are the pictures of my baby shower, thrown by beautiful friends where I was given beautiful gifts that no one saw because it was late and we all left.  But my meal at the Olive Garden was so delicious!  So here you go, all the pictures that I promised.  Thanks to everyone - I love and miss you all and wish we could all go do it again (perhaps minus the gifts this time - but just for fun).
